We have a script coming for the Writers Group next week, but first let me invite you to join us at the Users Group tomorrow night, Tuesday March 8th, for an analysis of "Leviathan", a Russian-language film nominated for an Oscar last year. The movie will be shown in the conference room starting PROMPTLY at 5:00 -- it runs 2 hours & 20 minutes, so the discussion itself will start no earlier than 7:20. (People joining by remote, please take note of that.) All happening at the Write Bros. office in Burbank.
For the DWG next week, March 15th, Jonathan S. is submitting a short film script for review. Don't have the title yet or anything, but it'll be about 20 pages long. And should go out by Wednesday or so. If you plan to attend next Tuesday, go ahead and let me know and I'll be sure you're on the distribution list when the material is available.
As always, please commit to contacting the author on your own if you receive his work and then miss the meeting. If you need Jonny's e-mail, just say the word.
Looking ahead, our April meetings -- 4/5 & 4/19 -- are currently empty, so let me know if you'd like to fill one of them.
Enjoy the rain while it lasts, and we'll see you tomorrow night!
