Hey Dramatifunkmasters,

We have a project ready to read for next week's Writers Group, but first let me mention the Users Group tomorrow night, Tuesday May 10th.  We are reviewing "Pitch Perfect" starring Anna Kendrick (the original from 2012), and the movie will be screened in the conference room starting at 5:00.  The discussion starts at 7:00, at the usual Write Bros. location in Burbank.  Join us if you can!

For next week's DWG, May 17th, Sarah H. & Amber D. are submitting the first 41 pages -- so, roughly the first act -- of a romantic comedy screenplay.  (Some of you may remember their outline for this a couple of years ago.)  The pages are available now, so if you plan to come next Tuesday, let me know anytime and I will forward them to you.

Of course, do remember that if you receive the authors' work and then can't be at the meeting, please make contact with them on your own.  I'll provide their info if you need it.

After 5/17 we have a couple of weeks off, then we resume the DWG on June 7th.  That night is currently open, so if you'd like to book a project then, let me know whenever you can.  Same holds for 6/21 or any meeting date thereafter.
