DWG/DUG January Schedule

January 6, 2017

Hey Dramatimoguls,

Hope you survived 2016 intact and had a rejuvenating holiday!  I wanted to fill you in on how this month is panning out in the Dramatica meeting universe.  Due to various scheduling issues, we are postponing the Users Group (DUG) meeting for three weeks, from 1/10 to 1/31.  We are also going to push off the Writers Group (DWG) for one week, from 1/17 to 1/24.  The net effect is, we will have a longer hiatus, but then we will have five Dramatica meetings in a row (assuming February doesn't get juggled too).  Here's how our forthcoming schedule of Tuesdays now looks:

1/10 -- no meeting
1/17 -- no meeting
1/24 -- DWG
1/31 -- DUG ("E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial")
2/07 -- DWG
2/14 -- DUG ("Zootopia")
2/21 -- DWG
2/28 -- no meeting

So our next gathering is the 24th, and I will be in touch about a week beforehand to announce the project we are reading.  If you wish to submit a project for review at the Writers Group in February (2/7 or 2/21), arrange it with me anytime.

Also want to mention, a memorial service for Bob Sinnett has finally come together.  It will take place next Saturday, Jan. 14th, at 3:00, at the Salvation Army center near downtown.  I will send out a separate email with the specific details.  (If you're seeing this on the website and you wish to get that information, please reach me through the "Contact Sandy" link below.)

So that's what's happening.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to write back and ask.  Enjoy the extended break, and we'll see each other later this month!

NOTE TO AOL USERS:  If you click on "Contact Sandy" below and fill out the contact form, and you enter an AOL.com address under "Your Email", your inquiry may not get to me.  For some reason the system this site lives on doesn't get along with AOL.  If you have another email account besides AOL, I suggest using that one for this form.  Once you and I establish contact, we can each go back to AOL.  Sorry about that.
