DWG and the Not-So-Terrible, Reasonably Pleasant Day
October 12, 2014
Hey Dramatikids,
We have a script coming for next week's Writers Group, but first let me invite you to join us this week at the Users Group for an analysis of "Cool Hand Luke" starring Paul Newman from 1967. The movie will start screening in the conference room at 5:00 promptly, and since it runs 126 minutes, the actual meeting will start approximately 7:10 pm PDT. That's this Tuesday, Oct. 14th.
For the DWG next week, Oct. 21st, we will read a new script from Adam V. It's a TV project, about 35 pages of reading. He's targeting Wednesday night to send it out. So if you intend to come next week, write me back at your convenience, and I will forward the material to you as soon as it's available.
Remember that if you receive the author's work and then can't make the meeting, be sure to reach out to the author individually.
Looking forward, we have meetings on Nov. 4th & 18th, and the second one is tentatively committed. If you want to schedule a project next month (or in December), just let me know.
Hope to see you Tuesday!
Sandy
