Want to let you know what's coming up next week for our Writers Group meeting, on Tuesday November 5th.  Scooter D. will be submitting the first half, around 60-70 pages, of his feature screenplay.  (I don't have the title or genre yet.)  He is planning to have that ready to go out for reading by this Thursday.  If you're set to attend the DWG on Tuesday, write me back in the next couple of days, and as soon as I get the material I will forward it to you.

As usual, if you receive the author's work and then can't make the meeting, please contact the author on your own within a couple of days after the meeting.  I will provide Scooter's info if you need it.  Every copy of someone's work that goes out needs to get a timely response.

Looking to the future, we have material lined up for late November and early December.  If you would like to set a date for your project, December 17th is still open -- just make the arrangements with me.  And of course, that'll be the last gathering of the year.  (Then we start again on 1/7/14!)

P.S.  To those who signed the Get Well card for Bob S., thanks very much for doing that -- he was very touched.  Just so you know, Bob is back home and doing fine, and plans to rejoin us as soon as possible.
