Hey Dramatispacewalkers,

Be sure to join us this Tuesday evening, October 8th, for the Dramatica Users Group led by Chris Huntley.  We will analyze "Looper", the sci-fi film from last year with Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Bruce Willis.  The movie will screen in the meeting room starting at 5:00 sharp (it's a full 2 hours long), and the discussion begins at 7:00 PDT at Write Bros. in Burbank.

For our next Writers Group, Tuesday Oct. 15th, we will review another first few pages of a screenplay.  Sarah H. and Amber D. have a comedy, and they will submit their outline along with the first 30 or so pages.  They plan to have it ready to go out for reading by Thursday of this week.

If you plan to attend the 10/15 DWG, let me know anytime between now and Thursday and I will forward you the pages once they're available.  Remember that if you receive the material and then can't make the meeting, be sure to reach out to the authors on your own in a timely manner.

After 10/15 we will have two weeks off because of how calendar the falls, then we have a script lined up for the first November meeting, and several other projects coming down the pipe after that.  If you have something to submit soon, let me know so I can try to fit you in before the end of the year.  (We'll keep a full schedule this holiday season, two DWG meetings a month, since none of those dates bump up against a major holiday.)
