Hey Dramatiswelterers,

Since no one has stepped forward with a project to read, we will hold our Writers Group this week -- Tuesday, July 2nd -- as an "open" meeting, which means we will field whatever comes up on the spot.  Our first priority is, if anyone has a story to pitch to the group for feedback, please bring that in (and if more than one has a pitch, we'll try to fit them all in).  Barring that, if you have a Dramatica theory question or topic that's been burning a hole in your brain and you want to raise for discussion, feel free to do so.  Otherwise we can conduct a Story Embroidery exercise, where we create an original story from a randomly generated storyform, which is always a fun fall-back activity.  No matter what, we will have a productive and stimulating gathering -- we always do.

So nothing to prepare in advance (unless you're thinking of a pitch) -- just show up at 7:00 p.m. PDT at Write Bros. in Burbank (only 94 degrees on Tuesday ... chilly!).

Our July 16th meeting is also still free, so if you'd like to schedule a project of yours for that date, let me know at your earliest convenience.
