First:  No meeting this week.  Second:  We have a Writers Group next Tuesday, October 1st, and currently we don't have anything locked down.  There have been several tentative suggestions for submissions, so if you have a project that is ready for feedback -- at whatever stage it is (pitch, treatment, partial draft, complete draft) -- and you'd like to commit it for next week's meeting, let me know as soon as you can.  And let me know how much reading will be involved.  Remember, please don't rush a project forward just to fill a gap, if you're not confidently ready to present it.  (Though sometimes it's good to set a deadline in order to GET something ready!)

We do have a project lined up for the second meeting of October, 10/15, so our next open spot will be November 5th, in case that affects your consideration.
