Hey Dramatishielders,

Be sure to read David C.'s first 32 pages of his screenplay and be ready to discuss it this Tuesday, Sept. 17th, at the Writers Group in Burbank.  If you plan to attend and don't have the material yet, let me know as soon as possible and I will forward it to you.

That discussion will commence at 7:00 p.m. PDT in the conference room at Write Bros.

Our next DWG after this is two weeks later, on Oct. 1st.  That night is currently still vacant, so if you'd like to submit a project for then, let me know as soon as you can.  We do already have something lined up for the second October meeting, 10/15.

One more item:  Remember a month ago I mentioned that group member Sarah Hohman made the semi-finals of the PAGE International Screenwriting Awards and asked you to root for her to make the finals?  Well, the good vibes paid off (that and a little bit of talent) -- she is in the finals!  You can see her listed here, the top name under "Comedy":
