No Dramatica meeting tomorrow night, but getting ready for our Writers Group next Tuesday, Feb. 2nd.  We're going to take a look at a 3-page outline from Shawn G.  You may remember reading the first act of a rough-draft screenplay that Shawn brought in a few months ago -- this is an evolution of that project.

If you plan to come next week, write me back and I will forward you the outline as soon as it's ready.  Probably Wednesday.  As always, please be prepared to e-mail your comments if you receive the material and then can't make the meeting.  I'll give you Shawn's addy if you need it.

Since there's already a storyform for this project (though we can change it if we have to), I'm thinking what we might do -- after the initial round of feedback -- is explore the appreciations a little more thoroughly, maybe even map out the Signposts.  We don't often have an opportunity to get that deep into the storyform, since we usually only have time to hash out the broad strokes.

Anyway, looking ahead, we've got a script lined up for the 2/16 DWG, so if you'd like to schedule a project in March -- 3/1 or 3/15 -- let me know anytime.
