If a DWG Falls in the Forest…

August 3, 2013

Hey Dramatideepthinkers,

Be sure to read E.A. Cross' screenplay and be ready to discuss it this Tuesday, August 6th, at the Writers Group in Burbank.  If you plan to attend and don't have the material yet, let me know ASAP and I will forward it to you.  Keep in mind this draft is 127 pages long, so please don't wait until the last minute to get it and read it.

We've got several new people coming this time, and so far not many of the regulars, so I'd like to appeal to some of you veterans to arrange to come if you can.  I think it puts the newcomers at ease to hear the more experienced folk talk first, to help them get into the groove of the discussion.  (Especially since the author will be on webcam.)  Just putting it out there!

Anyway, the meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. PDT on Tuesday, at the Write Brothers office on Olive.

Looking to the future, we have a script lined up for our next DWG on 8/20, and then we will skip the first Tuesday of September.  Our next open spot is 9/17, so if you want to schedule a project then, let me know anytime.

Oh, and the rest of the Subject line above would read, "...and nobody is there to see it, does it make a storyform?"

See you on Tuesday!

Sandy
