Hey Dramatipizzalovers,

Be sure to join us tomorrow evening, Aug. 12th, for the Dramatica Users Group led by Chris Huntley.  We will analyze the Oscar Wilde comedy "The Importance of Being Earnest" (the classic 50's version, not the more recent one -- the Dramatica site shows 1958, but IMDB says 1952).  The movie will screen in the conference room at 5:00, and the meeting starts at 7 as usual.

For our next Writers Group meeting, on Aug. 19th, Patrick C. is making a return (for those of you who remember him) and submitting a project for review.  It's a TV script that he says is meant to be broken into 12 webisodes, but it does read contiguously.  It's supposed to be 51 pages long.  Patrick expects to have it out for reading by Tuesday or Wednesday.

If you plan to attend that 8/19 gathering, let me know over the next couple of days and I will forward you the material once it's available.  As always, please commit to contacting the authors (he has a partner on this) individually with your feedback if you can't be there in person.

After that session, we will take the first Tuesday of September off, then reconvene on 9/16.  We do have a script committed for that date, and one of the October dates is also already spoken for.  If you have a project you want to submit soon, let me know and we'll talk about October or November (jeeez, already??).

So things are lining up.  For now, though, hope to see you this Tuesday!
