what is needed to truly satisfy the Influence Character's motivation

The Solution Element is the "flip side" of the Problem Element. For the Influence Character, it is the element that would alleviate the Influence Character's drive which his Problem Element supplies. It is not necessarily applied during a story, but it exists in every story nevertheless.
